Forced Changes

As some have noticed, the board format changed. While still running the same software (IPB), IPB stopped really supporting 3.9.  They began killing off services, and eventually we'd have moments where fixing things would cause crashes and offline problems.

So, they upgraded it to their new board, to fix downtime issues, and to stop us running into crashes/etc.

If possible, give us a heads up on these.  Timing was really bad too since the new Star Wars came out, revealing once and for all who Snook is.  I'd say more, but 'spoilers'.

No, they are doing something new.. this automatically works in all browsers on Android/Iphone.

I'm checking to see if there are theme options for something a bit darker, or to allow people to change.

Here's a proposed change related to the forced change... let's get that banner at the top on an alpha channel so the blue that makes up the rest of the page surrounds it instead of a haphazard pewter rectangle.
