Offseason Blows

Recommended Posts

The last time the Bucs were considered respectable was at the end of 2010. Ten wins, promising first round QB, and chest bumps. OK, everything wasn't exactly "respectable."

If we're lookin for an omen, start with the unholy trio of despair who've harbored Damien at One Buc for over a decade. The foul stench lingers when their Damien manipulates career suicides and pushes those carrying unborn talent off balconies. Father Arians warnings will come too late and he will be fortunate to survive the full story. Season. I mean season.

2016 t 9-7 was respectable. You do not have to win any more games. Just switch the Saints and Panthers results in Game 15 and 16 and you have a playoff team with the same record. We win the tiebreaker in that scenario. In 2010, the Lions loss with the bad Offensive PI call against Winslow Jr was the bad break.

So there were actually 2 seasons that caused a little pre-cum before going back flacid like it saw Whoopi Goldberg getting out of the the shower with

My stance is that the 2010 team was a true mirage, a veritable heater at the craps table. Yes the Lions game OPI against Winsoldladybanger was a bad call, but there were so many other games where the boinks went just right. Failman could have just as easily thrown for 16 INTs as 6, a lot of guys dropped the ball when it was in their hands. Wide open Wrs dropping passes. Balls bouncing right into our guys hands.  Weakest schedule on record.  That team was what we saw the following year and the previous year.

2016 is my true disappointment, because Smitty had me convinced he'd taught the dudes his defense during that five game "streak." . Then he retired before the Dallas game and began writing his book while still collecting a Glazertaard paycheck, and that  game they started to regress and never recovered again.

I only remember Raheehaw's 2010 team smoking one team and that was the Seahawks,  35-14 or something -- Freeman looked like a player.

Dirk's teams never smoked anyone. Not one where you knew the game was won until the final gun sounded.

Frauds.
