    It Wasn't His Fault

When I was in my 20s (20 years ago) and used to fish the KOB, top prize was 10k.
  2. Tua or Burrows. I'd take either.

It's all I've got left Buck. I'm fully prepared for the Jaboo to play just well enough to be our guy again next year. I'm ready for the GM to sit on the podium after the signing and defend the decision just like some of you Jaboo lovers do. The yards, the talent, his age, the lack of a defense... Looks like I'll be entering more of those wanna be professional fishing tournaments and playing a lot more golf next year.

And my buddy Bingo won it. 100k isnt a bad day of fishing. Especially when he caught it inside the bay. I'll be fishing in "his" spot Saturday.

Replacing a championship winning coach, whom you gave up multiple picks to acquire, with Raheem Radio..was the beginning of the clusterfuck the Terffic Trio has been responsible for.

Burrows has been my clear choice for the Bucs since September, when most of the draft "experts" didnt have him on their radar. Unfortunately now he's played himself into being the top pick. So he will be a Bengal at this point. Pffft..matters not. Jaboo will be franchised or signed longterm.

Tua was coming off surgery, clearly wasnt near 100% and he threw for 418 yards and 4 TDs. Only in this place, would that be considered a knock on him. If there should be any concerns with Tua, it should be that he has been injured a few times in college. He's 6'1" 220, so size is a bit if a concern, but he reminds me a lot of Russell Wilson, who is 5'11" 210. But should he be there when this dump for a franchise picks and they pass on him...

    Hargreaves is "Harnomore" with Bucs

Never really understood that kind of thinking. Some of my favorite Bucs (Brooks and Dunn) were Seminoles. Some of my least favorite (Anthony, Green, Walker) were Gators. Get good football players..who gives a fuck where they went to college.

    Hargreaves is "Harnomore" with Bucs

Exactly and when a team sucks all over the roster, you should NEVER go into a draft or one round, for that matter, pigeonholing yourself into one position. The Bucs also needed a DE, and should have taken Floyd at 9. They also needed a OT, S, DE....

Oh now UB, don't be overly sensitive about your boy. If you just close your eyes for a moment and pretend that Jaboo was a Gator or Buckeye...would you still have this unwavering support for him?

Them the facts. So "passing leaders" means the guys who have thrown for a bunch of yards? Never been an issue for Jaboo. If some want to blame the Bucs shitty defenses he's played with as the reasons he throws so many picks, I'd say the reason he throws for so many yards is an even more direct result of playing with a shitty defense.

    Hargreaves is "Harnomore" with Bucs

How can a casual fan like me, see things that a highly paid GM and NFL scouts not see?? As a Gator fan and not a homer, I said he wasnt that good and struggled when he played better WRs in college. Kept hearing about "ball skills" and how could I know more than the guys who get paid. Sad.

This dump is still good for the occasional laugh. People wanting to seriously pay Winston and bring him back next year. People quoting Michael fucking Clayton.Holy hell listening to them him talk makes my ears fucking bleed. What a complete moron. This dumbass team will win enough to miss out on Burrows and Tua and will either be stuck with Jaboo or sign some washed up vet. This franchise is almost as clueless as some of it's fans. Go Bucs!

Three plays and a pick of Jameis

    I really good young WR.

Missed most his throws. Completions are mostly screen passes and one where Evans leaped about 10 ft in the air.

Winston is awful. The wheel route wide opened. Miss Then missed Godwin. Then chuck it over Perriman's head. Then the 3 yard pass on 3rd and ten. He's a joke. Oline's fault most likely.

    Sundays Game

I guess that's what makes watching Winston play the most frustrating. He has games like the Rams game where he looks like a number one overall pick and elite. Then games like the Panthers and 49ers where he looks awful. Then he has a game like Tennesse where there are some decent moments and then awful. It's the type of play you'd from a very talented rookie. Part of me, at this point, I just want to see him turn the corner and play consistently well, or just suck. If this were year 1 or 2, we could live with that. But a decision has to be made on whether to keep him or not, and at this point I think if anything, he has shown he cant be counted on from week to week. He has 8 games left to prove otherwise. Tomorrow should be a good start playing at home on a beautiful day against a pretty shitty defense. Go Bucs!

For some, I think they believe with any of those QBs, we would still be were we are. I disagree. No QB is going to fix the secondary, we can all agree with that. It's been awful this year. Some think the oline has been bad. I couldn't disagree more and I wonder if people who think that watch other teams play. QBs on every team get sacked, take hits, and get pressured. One thing I can't stand about Winston is how long he holds the ball. A good portion of sacks he takes have nothing to do with the oline. Of course at times guys get beat and give up sacks, but it happens to all teams. The running game. Go back and watch the games this year. The defenses look like they're playing against a rookie QB at times. 7, 8 and even 9 guys in the box. They are daring Winston to throw down the field. No oline can run block when there are that many guys dedicated to stopping the run. I blame some of that on play calling as well. So while I agree that the secondary is a huge problem and hard to win games with, I disagree with the "shitty" oline bullshit. And if we are going to give Winston a pass for the things the team lacks, you have to also acknowledge that he has maybe the best 1-2 punch at WR in the league. Look, I know it sounds like a hate Winston, but I just want him to be a consistently good QB. He's not and I don't think it has anything to do with the defense or the oline. Unfortunately I think it's just who he is and always has been. But maybe he figures it all out these last 8 games and it starts to click. Go Bucs!
